A source-linked compatibility index

Find a replacement filter by the full model number.

A filter that looks right can still be the wrong part. Search the exact label on your purifier and compare the manufacturer’s fit statement before you order.

What does the appliance rating plate say?

Keep every letter, digit, hyphen, and suffix. Brand-only and partial matches do not establish fit.

Where the records for the United Kingdom come from

This edition answers from 86 records whose source page is in the United Kingdom: 85 sourced only there and 1 shared with another market. Records sourced only in other markets are not used for answers here.

Manufacturer sites cited for the United Kingdom: Blueair (blueair.co.uk), Coway (coway.co.uk), Dyson (dyson.co.uk), Levoit (levoit.co.uk), Philips (philips.co.uk), Shark (sharkninja.co.uk), WINIX (winixeurope.eu).

For UK readers: only UK-tagged records cite a UK manufacturer source. A US or Canadian listing does not establish UK availability, delivery, or warranty.

The model index

391 model records · multiple source markets · OEM references

All static model records and manufacturer sources are listed here. Open a model’s evidence note below for fit details and limits.

Not listed? An empty result is deliberate. We do not infer from brand, dimensions, marketplace titles, or visual similarity. Send the model and a manufacturer source for a future review.

A compatibility claim, carefully bounded

What “fits” does—and does not—tell you.

A

We match the label

Check the model nameplate on your own unit. Purifier labels can be on different exterior or interior surfaces, so use the manual if you cannot find it. Keep suffixes such as -P, -RAC, Auto, and numeric variants.

B

We cite the fit statement

Each record links to manufacturer product or support documentation. “Exact model stated” means the source names that model; “family wording” means the source names a grouped product family and we preserve that limitation.

C

We separate other questions

OEM part fit does not prove that an aftermarket filter has equal filtration, certification, seal quality, materials, or life. We do not test or rate sellers, reviews, or purifier health outcomes.

WINIX suffix check — 5500-2

The 5500-2 manual and WINIX's Filter H page both name Filter H / SKU 116130. The Filter A page names original 5500 without “-2” and does not name 5500-2. Keep the complete model suffix; a broad product archive tag is not a model-specific fit statement. This confirms only the OEM reference, not aftermarket performance or Canadian/UK availability.

Original WINIX 5500 — multiple manufacturer-listed options

WINIX's Filter A, Filter G, and Filter Pack P pages each name model 5500. They describe separate product paths: Filter A / 115115 as a complete one-year set, or Filter G / 115122 with a separately listed Pack P / 115119. WINIX's pages do not explain package changes across production revisions or state that parts are interchangeable. The Filter G page title and image show 115122, while its description includes 115112. Check the code on the installed filter or ask WINIX support if unclear. Keep original 5500 separate from 5500-2, whose manual specifies Filter H / 116130.

Common replacement-filter questions

Before replacing a filter

These answers reflect common model-finding and aftermarket concerns raised by air-purifier owners. The manufacturer source remains the authority for a specific unit.

Where can I find the complete purifier model number?

Look for the model label or rating plate on the appliance and compare it with the user manual. Label placement varies by model. Record all letters, numbers, and suffixes; if the label is worn or missing, contact the manufacturer with the serial number and a photo rather than guessing from the product's appearance.

Why does the suffix matter?

A suffix can distinguish an update, regional model, or a different device within a product family. For example, Blueair's 211+ filter page explicitly says the 211+ filter is not compatible with the 211+ Auto. This index keeps the suffix as part of the searchable model.

Does “compatible” mean an aftermarket filter performs like the original?

No. A physical fit statement is narrower than a filtration-performance or certification claim. Honeywell explicitly warns that compatible replacement filters are not guaranteed to offer the same performance or efficiency. This index lists manufacturer replacement references and does not certify third-party products.

Can I trust a marketplace title or a filter that has the same dimensions?

Not from that information alone. Dimensions and seller wording do not establish the model fit, seal, materials, or performance. Compare the complete purifier model and exact filter code with manufacturer documentation.

What if a model returns no result—or sources look inconsistent?

Check the exact compatibility wording on the current manufacturer product page and manual. Keep all suffixes: WINIX specifies Filter H / 116130 for 5500-2. For original 5500, WINIX currently lists Filter A / 115115 and Filter G / 115122; its Pack P / 115119 page names 5500 and cross-references washable HEPA 115122. The source pages do not explain which option applies to every production revision, and the Filter G description contains a different code (115112) from its title and image. Check the code on the installed filter or ask WINIX if unclear. Broad archive tags do not establish a model-specific fit by themselves.

My filter light stayed on after replacement. What should I do?

Reset steps differ by exact purifier model. Use the matching manufacturer's manual and do not borrow a sequence from a similar model. The model-specific filter light and reset guide links the documented procedures for Levoit Core 200S, Coway AP-1512HH, and WINIX 5500-2.

Does this page tell me which seller is reliable?

No. The source establishes a manufacturer fit statement; it does not verify the retailer, marketplace seller, customer reviews, delivery condition, return policy, or authenticity of a particular offer. Use the seller-check steps and manufacturer-policy examples before deciding.
